
Andrew G. Britt is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Liberal Arts. He is a historian of Latin America and a digital scholarship developer with a focus on contemporary Brazil. His courses combine foundational practices of historical inquiry with experimental methods of digital research and public engagement.
Britt’s principal teaching and research interests include: spatial history, spatial computing, and popular culture. He joined the Division of Liberal Arts following a postdoctoral fellowship in digital humanities at Northwestern University’s Alice Kaplan Institute for the Humanities.
