Edward Charles Kluttz III has been teaching music theatre classes for Acting Out! since 2016 and is honored to be part of such an outstanding community program at UNCSA. Kluttz currently serves as the Artistic Director for the Yadkin Arts Council in Yadkinville, NC. He has been the primary music director for all musicals and plays at the Yadkin Arts Council since 2017. Kluttz has also had the pleasure of serving as a music director for several Winston-Salem theaters including: Theatre Alliance (La Cage, Nunset Boulevard, Tarzan), Little Theater (Yes, Virginia), and Spring Theatre (Aladdin, Thoroughly Modern Millie, High School Musical). Kluttz has performed singing roles with Piedmont Opera (Carmen, South Pacific, Flying Dutchman), Little Theater (Little Women, Forum), and Theatre Alliance (Addams Family). Kluttz earned his Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance in 2016 from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts where he studied voice with Glenn Siebert.
