Yoon Bae

Associate Professor of Scene Design Yoon Bae is a scenic and costume designer. Her designs have been shown in Tokyo, Seoul, Norway and across the United Kingdom. In addition, she has designed for live performances in California, Oklahoma, Massachusetts, Kentucky, Utah, Texas and Arizona in the United States.

I seek to release my students' creativity, connect their inner thought to techniques and tools to express and articulate, then interrogate their ideas and expression. Great designers are also great collaborators, so we work collectively and individually to seek, develop, present and advance our ideas in the lab and the rehearsal space.
