Abigail Bouck

Abigail is currently in her final year at UNCSA in the Lighting Department with a concentration in Lighting Design. She is excited to continue her career outside of school when she graduates in May. Abigail is also a transfer student from Rutgers University where she spent two years of her education.

This fall she designed the lighting for first drama performance "Elliot: A Soldier's Fugue" and she is now working as the Associate Lighting Designer for the UNCSA annual production of "The Nutcracker" in December 2025 under the Lighting Design of Penny Jacobs.

In the Spring Abigail is excited to work on "Macbeth" at the Play Makers Repatory Theatre in Chapel Hill as the Assistant Lighting Designer and then later in the spring to be designing the Spring Opera. Abigail is passionate about theatre and opera and is excited to peruse her passions after she graduates.
