Clara Passmore is a performer who wants to share the joy and excitement of music with the people around her. She obtained her Master of Music at UNCSA in 2023 and is now pursuing a Professional Artist Certificate in Collaborative Piano under the instruction of Dr. Allison Gagnon.
Clara attended Liberty University in Virginia for her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance, studying under Dr. Taeseong Kim. She has played piano from a young age, learning classical music, popular style songs, traditional and modern religious music. Her passion for music grew in high school when she entered competitions, played in churches, performed at school and in recitals.
During her time at Liberty University, she realized how much she loves collaborating with other musicians, playing in theatre workshops, and accompanying ensembles. These opportunities led her to UNCSA, to explore expanding her collaborative skills under the instruction of Dr. Gagnon. Clara is excited to share her passion and talent with others and explore more ways to help the community.
