Sofie Berg

Being born in Sydney, Australia and raised in Denver, Colorado, Sofie has had a passion for discovery about the world around them. Her evolving artistry hinges on giving the gift of curiosities. By creating work that sends the mind into motion, they hope to foster an environment where people can be curious about their inner and outer worlds. Sofie started acting at just four years old, when they were one of six Piglet’s in a production of Winnie the Pooh. Enamored with the energy of storytelling, she continued to learn and play in accordance with her inner zeitgeist.

UNCSA Drama credits include Philomel in Polaroid Stories, Freda in Dangerous Corner, and various characters in Enron. See them this spring as Feste in Twelfth Night. Sofie has also appeared on camera in collaboration with the School of Film including Perfect Fit directed by Sam Bohner, Over the Parapet directed by Brady Walker, and the independent graduate film Peanut Butter Whiskey directed by Lauryn Massenburg and Ellie Pobis.
