From a young age, vocalist Lani Basich was interested in the arts, performing in every school play or performance piece she could. Her early experiences include choral ensembles and musical theatre.
After a reshearsal for her high school's production of "Les Miserables," Basich was encouraged to train her voice for classical repertoire. She began training with voice lesson and collegiate level courses, sung in a summer program in Germany, and performed many roles for community and professional theater companies. Her experience has also included acting, television, film, musical theater and the administrative side of performance.
Basich took a break from working professionally to earn her B.M. in Vocal Performance from UNCSA, graduating in May 2023. She is now working professionally once more as well as helping other vocal perforers through teaching, coaching and mentoring them in the various stages of their vocal journeys.
