What excites you about your job?

It feels special to me to be able to help applicants find the right institution to call their “home away from home.” I love speaking to prospective families about all the transferrable skills a conservatory training has to offer, and seeing the passion our students have for their craft.

Where can we meet you?

I’ll be traveling to Texas, Philadelphia, and the D.C./Maryland/Virginia area this year. You can also find me at local NC events and Thespian Festivals across the country!

What’s your favorite spot on the UNCSA campus?

Sneden’s Landing is a peaceful spot between the Costume Shop and the main Design & Production building for students to mingle before crew or production meetings. When the weather is nice, Dean Kelley likes to put out cornhole and lawn games. The Demille Theater is my favorite venue on campus – there isn’t a bad seat in the house!

How about your favorite spot in Winston-Salem?

You can often find me downtown at the intersection of 6th and Trade Street- home to the “zero waste and refill” store, Earth Sage, and my favorite restaurant, 6th and Vine.
