Celebrated international sextet Latitude 49 presents a dynamic evening of music that careens wildly from the whimsical to the sublime. At the center of the program is the haunting "Leviathan" by UNCSA’s own Jared Miller, which conjures images of the deep and the untold mysteries therein.

Also on the program is an exclusive preview of music by Juri Seo from Latitude 49’s forthcoming fifth studio album "Obsolete Music." This suite is guaranteed to both celebrate tradition and gleefully disrupt it. An exploration of time and space by Liam Elliot, a reimagined favorite by Joan Tower, and a funky, grooving closer by Bill Ryan round out an evening of music not to be missed!
